About Facilitate26

Having facilitated learning for over twenty years, it is clear that classrooms are not always conducive to learning for all. Our guidance comes from curriculums, evidence-based professional development, experience, effective leadership and a positive work culture. However despite all that, some young humans are let down by the system. I offer an opportunity for 18-25 year olds to gain second language acquisition (French) in a flexible small group set up with space and choice with like-minded neurodivergent thinkers.

I offer 1:1 sessions to learn French. Having completed a BA Honours degree, used language in commerce and taught the language in primary and secondary sectors for twenty years until 2025, my passion for the French language, the Francophone world and its culture is grounded in experience.

Teaching is demanding—high quality lesson delivery, marking, assessment, establishing student relationships, collaboration in teams, policy compliance, and planning all compete for your time. I help you take control of your professional growth by working through your performance management proforma and setting achievable goals that align with AITSL standards, support your wellbeing, and give you confidence for the future.
